SMG Value Park & Ride: We now offer a Park & Ride Service. You will drive to our compound, located 3 miles from Stansted Airport. You will then be transferred*** in our new Company Minibus.  This booking cannot be amended & no refund will be given for cancellation. 

 

SMG Value Meet & Greet - Non-Flexible: You will drop off and collect your vehicle from the closest point to the Terminal building as possible. We will then park your vehicle for you.This booking cannot be amended & no refund will be given for cancellation. As per the restrictions on this booking you are required to pay the Express Set Down / Short Term Car Park charges on drop off and pick up. There is no free drop off, pick up or parking at Stansted Airport.

SMG VIP Meet & Greet - Under Cover: You will drop off and collect your vehicle from the closest point to the Terminal building as possible. We will then park your vehicle for you. This booking can be amended and cancelled and BOTH exit fees* are included. *on your return you will be given £7 cash to open the barrier at the Express Set Down. This covers only the first 10 minutes. Any charges after this are payble by the customer.

Service is Operated by Smart Park & Ride

Arrivals procedure:
On arrival you will report to the car park reception and present your confirmation. You should arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your last recommended check-in time. When you arrive at our car parking site, you will be quickly checked in and provided with a receipt. One of our friendly drivers will transport you directly to the Airport on the next available shuttle.
 
Returns procedure: 
Upon your return, once you have collected all of your luggage and are ready to leave the airport, you should call the Airport Operations team . You will then make your way out of the arrivals hall and proceed to the collection point. You will be collected by next available shuttle and returned to our car park where your vehicle will be waiting.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are required to pay £2.50* per person each way, to cover the Airport Levy fees.

To provide you with the most efficient service you must call one of the numbers on your email confirmation 20 - 25 minutes prior to your arrival. Our representative will then guide you to the drop off point. Upon the Customer's request our representative will inspect your vehicle to note any dents, scratches, or any missing or broken parts. We will then bid you farewell.

Upon your return, after COLLECTING your luggage you simply call the number printed on your Parking Receipt. If you only have hand luggage, you should call after clearing passport control. We aim to return your vehicle within 15 minutes from the time of your phone call. In the majority cases we will be waiting to Greet you as you exit the Terminal.

We endeavour to meet and greet our customers outside the Terminal Forecourt at the Express Set Down. At busy times, for your convenience, we may direct you to the Short Term Car Park one level below. There is no extra walking involved and our service is the closest possible to the Terminal building.

All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, to an unlimited road risks value. We are the only company to offer this.

Yes you can cancel your booking.

If you have purchased the VIP Fully flexible product you may be eligible for a refund. For further details on the scale of charges, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Value and Value Plus bookings are non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation.

If you experience an unfortunate delay, you must inform us. If you do not inform us of your delayed return you may incur an extra charge to cover the cost of any additional labour.

If you are running late you must call us at least 30 minutes prior to your booked arrival time. We will then endeavour to re-book a new arrival time, subject to an additional cost of £20. If you do not call us and arrive after your booked arrival time we can not guarantee that a driver will be available to meet you.

If you are early we will endeavour to accommodate your new arrival time. A minumum of 30 minutes notice is required. If you do not call us and arrive before your booked arrival time we can not guarantee that a driver will be there to meet you. If you arrive in the Car Park before your agreed arrival time you will be subject to Short Stay Car Park charges.

Prices may vary due to availability and seasonal demand. We believe our rates are so competitive that should you find a cheaper quote elsewhere for an equal standard of service, we will be happy to match the lower price. Prices may vary due to availability and seasonal demand.

One day is calculated as a whole day, irrespective of departure or arrival times. So for example a stay at the car park from Saturday to Saturday is calculated as 8 whole days and so therefore two weeks is calculated as 15 days.

Customers are entitled to one standard parking space (2.4m Wide by 4.8m Long) per booking. Oversized vehicles eg minibuses, long wheel base vans, camper vans etc, which require more than one space will be subject to payment of an additional space equal to 100% of the original booking price. This amount may be discounted by upto 50% if payment is made in CASH. 

The company's operating hours are between 04.00 - 23.59.

Any drop off or pick up outside of these times will be charged at the 'out of hours' fee of not less than £80, alternativley we will place your key in a secure key safe and text you the code and the locatiuon of your vehicle within our parking facility.

The Short Stay Car Parks are one level directly below the Terminal Forecourt. Our representative will Meet you by the car park’s Terminal entrance. The distance to the Terminal is the same as it is from the Terminal Forecourt.
