How does your service work?
To provide you with the most efficient service you must call one of the numbers on your email confirmation 15 minutes
prior to your arrival. Our representative will then guide you to the drop off point.
Upon the Customer's request our representative will inspect your vehicle to note any dents,
scratches, or any missing or broken parts and you will be asked to
sign a Parking Receipt, of which you will receive a copy. We will
then bid you farewell.
Upon your return, after COLLECTING your luggage you simply call the number printed on your Parking Receipt.
If you only have hand luggage, you should call after clearing passport control.
We guarantee to return your vehicle within 15 minutes from the time of your phone call. In the majority
cases we will be waiting to Greet you as you exit the Terminal.
Why don’t
you return my vehicle at the Terminal Forecourt?
Our aim is to provide you with a professional, reliable and efficient
service. As a result we prefer to use the quieter RED or BLUE Short Stay
Car Parks from which to operate our service. The Terminal Forecourt
is uncovered and is often subject to long queues, which adds unnecessary
time to your journey. The Terminal Forecourt is for SET DOWN ONLY
and is closed later in the evening.
How far is the
Red or BLUE Short Stay Car Park from the Terminal?
The RED & BLUE Short Stay Car Parks are one level directly below the Terminal
Forecourt. Our representative will Meet you by the car park’s
Terminal entrance. The distance to the Terminal is the same as
it is from the Terminal Forecourt.
Where is my car parked?
For reasons of security we do
not publish details of our car parks location. However we can
assure they are of top quality with the very best available security
measures.
Will my
car be safe?
Absolutely. Your peace
of mind is very important to us. Your vehicle will be parked in
a secure compound surrounded by triple pointed 2.4 metre high galvanised steel palisade fencing with locked double
leaf gates. The compound is fully lit between dusk and dawn. Undercover garaged parking can be arranged for
extra charge of 50p per day.
Is Stansted Meet & Greet Parking fully insured?
All our drivers are fully insured
to drive your vehicle, to an unlimited road risks value. We are the only company to offer this.
Can I cancel
my booking?
Yes you can cancel your booking
with StanstedMeetandGreetParking.co.uk. For further details on the scale of charges, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
What happens
if my return flight is delayed?
If you experience an unfortunate delay,
you must inform us. If you do not inform us of your delayed return
you may incur an extra charge to cover the cost of any additional
labour.
What happens if I
arrive LATER than my agreed Drop-off Time?
If you are running late you must call
us at least 30 minutes prior to your booked arrival time.
We will then endeavour to re-book a new arrival time, subject to an additional cost of £15.
If you do not call us and arrive after your booked
arrival time we can not guarantee that a driver will be available
to meet you.
What happens
if I arrive EARLIER than my agreed Drop-off Time?
If you are early we will endeavour to accommodate your new arrival
time. A minumum of 30 minutes notice is required. If you do not call us and arrive before your booked
arrival time we can not guarantee that a driver will be there
to meet you. If you arrive in the
Car Park before your agreed arrival time
you will be subject to Short Stay Car Park charges.
How much does
your service cost?
We have priced our service from £6.00 per day plus a £20.00 Meet & Greet fee. For an additional 50p per day we
can provide undercover garaged parking (subject to availability).
Our rates are so competitive that should you find a cheaper quote
elsewhere, subject to proof we would be happy to offer an extra
10% discount on the difference. More details

discount for booking more than one car at a time?
Please call our Booking Office and we may be
able to offer a special rate.
Are there
special facilities available for disabled passengers?
We will do our utmost to ensure any
customers with disabilities are accommodated, but if you have
any specific concerns please call us.
Why is a week calculated
as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?
One day is calculated as a whole day,
irrespective of departure or arrival times. So for example a stay
at the car park from Saturday to Saturday is calculated as 8 whole
days and so therefore two weeks is calculated as 15 days.
